Proxme AI enables individual users and small businesses to send SMS messages to their existing customers and contacts. By providing your phone number to a Proxme user (such as a business owner, freelancer, or service provider), you consent to receive SMS messages from that sender including appointment confirmations, booking reminders, follow-up messages, and replies to your inquiries.
Messages are sent by the individual Proxme user to their own contacts. Proxme AI acts as the technology platform enabling this communication. The Proxme user is responsible for ensuring their contacts have agreed to receive messages from them.
Consent: Message recipients have either (a) initiated contact with the sender, (b) provided their phone number directly to the sender in the context of a business relationship, or (c) explicitly agreed to receive messages from the sender.
Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent from that sender.
Opt-In: To resume receiving messages after opting out, reply START.
