Proxme ("we", "us", "our") operates as a digital identity and communication assistant. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences. We process incoming messages to generate AI replies on your behalf.
We use your information solely to operate the Proxme service — reading and responding to messages on your behalf according to your preferences. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with third parties except as required to operate the service.
Message content is processed in memory to generate AI replies. It is temporarily cached for up to 30 days to maintain conversation context, then automatically deleted. Message content is never permanently stored.
When you connect a Google account, Proxme requests access to: Gmail — to read your incoming emails and send replies from your own email address; and Google Calendar — to read your availability and to create or update events for scheduling. This access is used solely to generate replies and manage appointments on your behalf. Proxme's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
To generate a reply, your message and calendar content is processed in memory and sent to the Anthropic Claude API, solely to produce a response on your behalf. Anthropic does not use data submitted through its API to train its models. We do not share your data with any other third party, and we never sell your data or use it for advertising. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard settings. When you disconnect a service, its stored access tokens are deleted immediately. While connected, OAuth tokens and passwords are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM). Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data — including connected-account tokens and cached message history — within 24 hours.
You may delete your account and all associated data at any time. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 24 hours.
We encrypt sensitive data at rest — including OAuth tokens and passwords — using AES-256-GCM, and use TLS to protect data in transit. Encryption keys are managed securely and are never exposed to clients.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. California residents have additional rights under CCPA including the right to know what data is collected and the right to deletion.
Proxme integrates with WhatsApp Business API to handle messages on your behalf. Message handling complies with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy.
